Privacy policy

This policy applies to the mobile game Paperlore: Jigsaw (the “Game”), published by 4iuaCraft Studios. For privacy questions, email support@4iuacraft.com.

Data used by the Game

The Game does not require registration or an account. Your picture choices, current puzzles, results, achievements, and settings are stored locally on your device. The current version does not send this gameplay data to the developer’s server or synchronize it between devices.

The Game has no advertising or analytics SDKs, purchases, or in-app data submission forms. It does not request access to your microphone, camera, contacts, or location. Audio, video, and illustrations are included in the app and played locally.

Contacting support

If you email us, we receive your sender address and any information you voluntarily include. We use it to reply and address your request. Please do not send passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information. Correspondence is stored by our email provider and accessible only to those handling support. You can request deletion of your correspondence at support@4iuacraft.com, unless we must retain it by law.

Data sharing and backups

We do not sell gameplay data or share it with advertising or analytics services. App installation and device backups may be handled by your operating system, app store, and services you choose under their own policies. Local Game data may be included in a system backup if that feature is enabled; the developer does not have access to that backup.

Deletion and security

Gameplay data remains on your device while the Game is installed or retained in a device backup. Uninstalling the app usually removes its local data; backups must be deleted through the relevant service’s settings. We cannot remotely view or delete data stored only on your device.

Children

The Game does not require children to provide personal data and has no built-in social features or advertising. If a child emails us, a parent or legal guardian may request deletion of the correspondence.

Changes to this policy

If Game features or data practices change, we will update this document and its publication date. The current version is always available at 4iuacraft.com/en/privacy.
